By default, the system will provide a call whisper, which states, 'You have a new lead, John Smith. Press any button to connect.' You have to customize this message by modifying the Call whisper message in the settings.
When the lead cannot answer the call, you will hear a message stating, 'Couldn't connect with the lead,' and the call will be terminated. Unfortunately, you won't be able to leave a personalized voicemail in such cases.
If you want to leave a personalized voicemail using our Call event, navigate to the call step settings and enable 'Disable Voicemail Detection.'
