Affiliate Bootcamp Review From A Verified User
Meet Ray O'Daniel
I am an Entrepreneur who specializes in affiliate marketing and helping service-based businesses get more customers on autopilot. Website rayodaniel.com.
In 2018 I attended my first Funnel Hacking Live conference in hopes of gaining better insight into being an online marketer. I had been studying and following Russell Brunson for a couple of years, and he had the best training I found on the subject.
At the time he had published his first version of DotCom Secrets and Expert Secrets books which contained evergreen education on creating funnels and building your audience. At that conference, Russell sold his coaching program called 2CCX, which I was nervous about joining but did it anyway.
During my training, I discovered several other students were also successful affiliate marketers of ClickFunnels. They told me about the Clickfunnels affiliate bootcamp and how helpful getting them to be super affiliates was. I had never thought about being an affiliate marketer until that point, but after they told me how affiliate sales worked, I was hooked.
I signed up the next day for the affiliate bootcamp and spent the next two weeks slowly going through all the online training as well as the affiliate bootcamp ebook, which is a pdf with even more training available in it. I found the affiliate bootcamp ebook more valuable than the online training because it provided me with written instructions and visual diagrams of how to set up my affiliate marketing business.
My favorite super affiliate to learn from is Julie Stoian (now Julie Chenell). Her approach to affiliate marketing resonated with me more than the other fifteen super affiliates in training, but I found each training a unique learning experience.
Key takeaways from my Affiliate Bootcamp review:
- How to set up a bridge page for effective sales
- How to build a channel and market on Youtube
- How to build an offer around my affiliate products
Affiliate Bootcamp Pros & Cons
What Is Affiliate Bootcamp?
The affiliate Bootcamp is an online training site where sixteen of the top Clickfunnels super affiliates share their expertise on how they became a successful affiliate marketer.
The training teaches you how they built their affiliate marketing business in their industry. They start by breaking down the niche they targeted and how they attracted those people to their funnels.
Several of these super affiliates also own a social media marketing agency, allowing them to grow faster because they already had clients interested in the Clickfunnels software.
Each training is hosted by Bailey Richard, who gives you a background and understanding of the affiliate's experiences and superpowers before the training begins. Once she introduces the speaker, the training begins and typically lasts no more than 60 minutes per affiliate.
Some affiliates offer a bonus video where they take a closer look into the setup of Clickfunnels or their business model to provide further insight.
Who’s Behind Affiliate Bootcamp?
The ClickFunnels affiliate bootcamp was created by Russell Brunson to sell more Clickfunnels subscriptions. His thought was that if he could train the thousands of people already using ClickFunnels to be affiliate marketers, they would, in turn, sell more Clickfunnel accounts and profit from the sale. It would be a win-win for everyone involved.
A Facebook group was created for affiliates to have a community where questions could be asked, and people could share their successes.
What Exactly is Included in Affiliate Bootcamp?

Affiliate Bootcamp Pricing - Free, But Any Hidden Costs?
Technically you can go through this course 100% for free, but in order to be a Clickfunnels affiliate you must be an active user of the software. So if you're signing up for this training to sell ClickFunnels itself, the minimum account you will need will cost you $147 per month or $127 per month if you pay annually.
Additionally the course itself mostly teaches you how to build affiliate marketing sales funnels, an obvious upsell to the ClickFunnels software.
You'll also be pitched buying Russell's books, DotCom Secrets and Expert Secrets. Again, you don't have to purchase any of these items, but it will make completing the course much easier.
One of the slogans that Clickfunnels uses is that you are just one funnel away. This is meant to say that all you need is one funnel to be financially free.
This slogan inspired the One Funnel Away challenge which is an upsell when you create your Clickfunnels account. It is a 30 day program designed to guide you day by day to get your funnel built and working. It involves daily emails and coaching videos to assist you. You can find it at https://www.onefunnelaway.com. The cost to join it is $100.
My Experience & Results With Affiliate Bootcamp
The Clickfunnels affiliate bootcamp was the first training to open my eyes to the world of affiliate marketing.
The training you get is not limited to just Clickfunnels but can be used in all aspects of affiliate marketing. I took just a couple of items I learned and used them in with other affiliate programs but still look back at the training as evergreen.
Affiliate Bootcamp Online Reviews & Ratings
While writing my Affiliate Bootcamp review, I found a ton of reviews online:
- SmartBusinessTrends.com wrote that the “bad part is it’s free, but not totally free.”
- Vaslou.com wrote that there’s “an absurd quantity of information” and you learn some tactics that aren’t well known, but mentions that “you’ll have to set 4 days aside to watch 15 interviews,” and “you have to wait until the next 24 hour period to access the next set of interviews.”
Yes it’s free to join the training but you must be an active Clickfunnels user to join.
Yes the training does not assume you have had any other previous affiliate marketing training.
Yes. The content is evergreen.
Affiliate Bootcamp Review Verdict: Is it any good in 2023?
One of the reasons I like Russell Brunson’s training so much is that the information he teaches whether it be from Funnel Hacking Live or from his DotCom Secrets and Expert Secrets books are as true today as they will be 10 years from now.
He is all about teaching fundamentals of funnel building and what works. This is how he has built his business and how he has built the Clickfunnels affiliate bootcamp training.
If you want to learn affiliate marketing and have a desire in your heart to help businesses get more customers than Clickfunnels would be a great place to start your affiliate marketing business.
